THE BEGINNING
Debbie Thigpen and Floyd B. Thigpen were the founding owners of In-Touch Research. In the mid 1990’s, a new company was formed to meet the needs of an ever changing market to specialize in data collection in-store/on-site for the retail industry. The precursor of On-Site Research was Mystery Audits of Texas. The name has changed, but the focus will never change.
